Unlike a residential carpet, an establishment sees a lot more traffic which means more dirt and wear and tear on the carpet. Keep your commercial carpet looking clean and set the mood of your establishment as clean and professional, all while providing a clean work environment for your employees. When it comes down to commercial carpet cleaning, we specialize in different cleaning methods to fit your companies requirements and financial budget while keeping up with your carpets needs. These are our two preferred methods of cleaning commercial properties.
- Steam Cleaning
- Low moisture encapsulation
Steam cleaning Process
- Vacuum- Using our Hepa filtration vacuum we remove as much loose dirt, dust, and allergens, all while making sure to keep any of the debris from circulating back into the air.
- Pre-spray- in this step we apply a cleaning chemical to the carpet to help exfoliate and loosen the soils and oils in the carpet. We then allow the chemical to dwell for 5-15 minutes for maximum performance.
- Brush- we then brush the carpets with our top of the line Brush Pro machine to ensure no part of your carpet is untreated by the chemical, as well as giving the carpet a good scrub.
- Extraction/Rinse-In this part of our cleaning process we mix a cleaning solution to neutralize the pre spray and dirt, and connect our wand to our powerful truck mount machine and begin our extraction/rinse process on the dirt in the carpet. Removing all the dirt and and soils that where exfoliated during our pre spray step. Our neutralizing rinse will also live your carpets feeling soft and fluffy.
- Inspect & Dry- In this part of our cleaning process we walk around the carpet with a PH pen to ensure your carpet is a CLEAN 7ph, after we groom your carpet fibers with our grooming brush and lay out some fans to help speed up the drying process.

Low Moister Encapsulation Process
Advancements in technology have brought us a new low moister cleaning system know as Encapsulation. Encapsulation Chemistry uses emulsifiers to dissolve oils and grease. This along with strong agitation loosen particle soils. Polymers coat both the carpet fibers and the soil. this low friction coating assures that the particle soil drops to the base of the carpet. Following a short drying time, the soil is easily removed when the carpet is vacuumed. Good appearance fast production rates and a high resistance to wicking make encapsulation a great choice for commercial carpet cleaning.

- Dry- we place multiple air movers along the treated areas to speed of the drying on the carpet
- Vacuum- now that the polymers have coated the soil and allowed the coated soil to drop into the carpet we vacuum to lift as much unwanted soil possible.
